I Did It Again… What's Wrong With Me? — When Your Emotions Leave You Feeling Like You've Failed
Have you ever lost your patience, reacted out of emotion, or said something you regretted—and then immediately started thinking, “Why am I still like this?”
As moms, we may long for emotional stability and want to regulate our emotions better, especially with the people we love. But when we don't respond the way we hoped, guilt and shame can quickly turn one difficult moment into something much heavier: “I'm failing. What's wrong with me?”
In this episode, we'll discover why condemning ourselves isn't the way to lasting emotional change—and what Jesus says when our emotions leave us feeling like we've failed. Through Romans 8, we'll see that freedom doesn't begin when we finally get everything right. It begins with what Jesus has already finished at the cross: “There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus.” 💜

💜 I Have So Much on My Mind… How Do I Find Peace? — Bringing My Worries to Jesus
Do you ever feel anxious even when nothing is terribly wrong—like there's a constant hum of worry from everything you need to remember, plan, solve, and take care of?
As moms, the mental load can quietly build until our minds rarely feel at rest. We may plan more, search for answers, or try harder to figure everything out—but what if peace doesn't begin with having all the answers?
In this episode, we'll discover God's simple answer to worry and anxiety: prayer. Through Philippians 4, we'll see how bringing our worries to Jesus with thanksgiving turns our eyes back to our heavenly Father—the One who already knows what we need, cares deeply for us, and supplies the peace that guards our hearts and minds. 💜

😠 I'm Angry… Now What? — Bringing My Hurt to Jesus Before I React
Have you ever had someone say something that hurt you—and felt the anger rise before you even had time to process it?
As moms, we may want to regulate our emotions and respond with peace, yet hurt can still spill into the way we speak to the people we love. But emotional stability doesn't mean we never get angry or always respond perfectly.
In this personal episode, I'm sharing a recent experience from my own life and what Jesus is teaching me about anger, emotional reactions, and bringing our hurt to Him. Because even when hurt gets passed on, Jesus doesn't meet us with condemnation—He keeps bringing us back to Himself, and His grace goes further. 💜

💜 How Do I Keep Hoping When I Keep Getting Disappointed? — Trusting Jesus in a Season of Waiting
Have you ever allowed yourself to hope that this might finally be the answer... only to face another disappointment?
When things don't work out the way we hoped, it can be tempting to protect our hearts by expecting less. But disappointment doesn't mean we have to stop hoping—or that our Father has stopped working for our good.
In this episode, we'll walk through the story of Joseph and discover how God was present and working even when his circumstances seemed to move further away from the promise. And through the cross of Jesus, we'll see why we can keep expecting good from our Father—even when we don't yet understand what He's doing. 💜

💜 Why Do My Emotions Keep Taking Over What I Say? — How Jesus Helps You Regulate Emotions and Speak from Faith
Have you ever heard yourself say, "I can't do this anymore," or "Nothing is ever going to change," when your emotions feel too loud?
As moms, anger, anxiety, and overwhelm can sometimes speak before we even realize it. One difficult moment can suddenly sound like the truth about our whole life. But our emotions don't have to have the final word.
In this episode, we'll discover that faith isn't pretending everything is okay or trying harder to believe. It's learning to look to Jesus, agree with what He says is true, and let His Word steady our hearts and reshape the way we speak. Because your emotions may speak first—but they don't get the final word. Jesus does. 💜

Have you ever felt like no matter how much you do, it's never quite enough?
As moms, we can become our own harshest critics—replaying our mistakes, questioning our decisions, and carrying the exhausting pressure to get everything right. But what if Jesus never asked you to hold that kind of weight in the first place?
In this episode, we'll discover why constantly evaluating ourselves leaves us weary, and how true rest begins when we stop trying to prove ourselves and let Jesus take the center place in our hearts. Because you don't have to be so hard on yourself—Jesus is already holding what you were never meant to hold. 💜

💜 Why Do I Keep Falling Back into the Same Emotional Patterns? — How Jesus Leads Us into Lasting Emotional Stability
Have you ever thought, "I thought I was doing better... so why am I back here again?"
As moms, it can feel discouraging when we find ourselves repeating the same emotional patterns—reacting in anger, spiraling into anxiety, or falling back into old ways of coping. But what if going back doesn't mean you've failed?
In this episode, we'll explore why lasting emotional stability isn't about trying harder or never struggling again. Instead, Jesus gently leads us into freedom by renewing the old stories we've lived from with His truth. 💜
