Chris and Almie talk about how this weekend is very Venus-heavy with the Sun in Libra and the Moon in Taurus and how it’s a good weekend to bring some beauty into your life. They also discuss Pluto going direct on October 4 and caution listeners that Mercury is entering its shadow phase on October 7. They also wish Gwen Stefani a happy birthday and in “Ask A Scorpio,” Chris asks Almie what her favorite No Doubt song is. This seems to throw Almie off for the rest of the podcast.

Chris and Almie welcome Libra season and play a new game called “Virgo or Not a Virgo?” They wish Jarvis Cocker a happy birthday and Chris once again talks about how much he dislikes New Moons.

Chris and Almie discuss the ongoing Mars Retrograde and how it has already affected tennis player Novak Djokovic. They also talk about Dark Moon Lilith and how she could make an already tense astrological landscape even more intense in the next week or two when she forms a conjunction with Mars. They touch on Uranus being in Taurus and its connection to the city of Long Beach working on providing residents basic income. And in “Ask A Scorpio”, Chris asks Almie what advice Dr. Frasier Crane might give people to get through Mars Retrograde.

Happy Labor Day! It’s a very busy astrological week with Mars going retrograde, Mercury entering Libra, and Venus entering Leo. Chris and Almie discuss what not to do when Mars is in Retrograde, and the connection between the Mars Retrograde in 1973 and the Watergate Scandal. In “Ask A Scorpio,” Chris asks Almie what she looks for in a dream master bedroom. Also, on September 12, the planet Jupiter goes Direct, which might not have much of an impact on anything, but Chris and Almie talk about it anyway!

Chris and Almie discuss the upcoming full moon, give an overview of the difficulties Venus is up against this week, and in Ask A Scorpio, mad props are given to the TV show Cobra Kai for being number one on Netflix -- plus, Almie and Chris hash out the details given so far for the upcoming season of Dancing with the Stars.

We have entered Virgo Season! Chris and Almie discuss the upcoming Mars-Saturn Square on August 24. They reference the movie “This Is Spinal Tap” to explain the difference between how Virgos and Geminis communicate. Chris talks about what Pluto moving into Aquarius in 2023 might mean for the United States, and encourages people to look at their birth charts to find their Midheaven (MC) sign. In the “Ask A Scorpio” segment, Almie shares her feelings about coffee shops offering pumpkin spice flavors during summer.

Astrology forecast for August 15-August 21. Uranus is stationing retrograde, which could throw a few surprises our way. We also say goodbye to Leo Season.
