The conversation around restricting social media for children has been one of the biggest hot-button issues of the year – but Candice and David Warner have a very different view.

In today’s episode, Candice reveals why the high-profile couple decided to open an Instagram account for their daughters (Ivy, 10, Indi, 9, and Isla, 5) called The Warner Sisters, which at the time of recording has almost 200,000 followers.

In a candid back-and-forth with Sarrah, Candice explains why she believes it’s her responsibility as a parent to embrace social media in a positive way, her approach to building resilience in children, how she became immune to trolling – and the secret to her 10-year marriage to David.

Tanya Hennessy has been in the entertainment industry since 2011. She’s a radio host, comedian and producer. When Mamamia co-founder Mia Freedman first hired Jessie Stephens to write for her, she had no idea she had also just hired her eldest son's future wife, and the mother of her first grandchild.

That was 10 years ago. Since then, Mia and Jessie have gone on to sit opposite each other as two of the co-hosts of the Mamamia Out Loud podcast and have recently wrapped production on the second season of Strife, the TV drama loosely based on Mia’s memoir, on which Jessie worked as a co-producer and writer and Mia as an executive producer.

Just over twenty years ago, Delta Goodrem found herself at a turning point – not only in her career, but also her life. Having undergone chemotherapy and radiation after being diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma in 2003, ​​the then-teenage pop star was about to unveil a whole new version of herself, as hinted at by the name of the album she released the day before her 20th birthday, Mistaken Identity.
