Hi, I had such a fun time recording this episode. I was lost in this topic I could talk about it for hours but, for recording purposes, I had to keep it short I talk about a lot of things in it, mainly how I deal with loneliness, and how I spend my time by myself. I talked about how being alone can help you shape your identity and your personality I mentioned how being silent, helps me grow my confidence and my self-esteem. The alone time helped shape my confidence it made me who I am today. I further want to explore this phase of my life in the depth of it. I want to make part two of it so that I need to experience more things in the phase. I hope you can pick one or two things from this episode that resonate with you and will stick by you. I always record episodes and I want to have my listeners and my audience take away little pieces little bits of advice.
