Somewhat On Point

Join us on our usual discussion about all (read: most) of the big news surrounding game announcements for "not" E3 2022!

In this episode we discuss the acquisition of Square Enix's western studios/IP by Embracer, predictions of game announcements at Summer Game Fest/Xbox and Bethesda showcases, and of course our rambling tangents as usual.

It's been 84 yea-I mean 2 1/2 years since our last episode!! Life got in the way so hard it caused us to stop for a while, but we're finally back for season 2!!! This episode is a bit of a catch-up, but mostly our usual discussion of current gaming stuff, as we have stayed in touch regularly since the last episode. Enjoy!

Confirm you understand the message...

Today we have Fernando Moutinho. community manager for Apex Online Racing on to talk about racing games of all sorts, from original Atari Pole Position, to Mario Kart, to Gran Turismo, Forza, and iRacing.

This episode was recorded after the E3 2018 recap episode, and for whatever reason it kept getting pushed. But I still had it, so we may as well release to see how wrong we are about stuff, now that we're in the future!

This episode was about battle royale and share world shooters, and this was not long after I got my VR headset. Its old, but enjoy anyway!

Hot on the heels of E3 2019 (read: work sucks and is consuming my life...send help --Matt) we have our hot takes on the newest reveals and announcements from all the major players, or at least the ones we care about anyway.

Enjoy this years edition of our recap, complete with technical issues and audio problems!

An episode months and months in the making; almost recorded with our guest remotely, and of course nothing worked when we attempted...

Anyway, we discuss pre E3 2019 and many other video game topics with longtime friend Brandon, aka B, not to be confused with Other Brandon, OB.

It'll make sense. Or not. meh.

Now with Music!!

Today's episode is a wonderful journey listening to the music that accompanies some of our favorite games from all eras.

What's this? Two uploads in one day?? We felt bad for leaving you all without us for so long, it's time to make it up to you, by talking about our favorite subject!

We transform back in to the unofficial Destiny podcast as we discuss everything new since our last Destiny episode, with the Forsaken DLC especially getting the attention it absolutely deserves.

A much needed hiatus was had due to work, of course, but now we are back with our regular bi-weekly schedule!

Today we discuss Matt and Brandon's vacations to San Diego and Washington DC, respectively. It seems we had to take vacations at the same time, nearly as far away from each other as we could, and didn't even realize it!!
