Somewhat On Point

What a year it's been. We planned to recap on a lot of events of 2017, but it mostly turned into a discussion about The Last Jedi, PUBG, and a few other topics. You know, the usual sillyness.

Here's to a wonderful 2018!! May it be filled with awesome and more awesome!

Just in time for the new movie, we sit down to discuss (mostly) Star Wars; movies, books, games, etc, with not just one, but TWO guests!! Longtime friends Tim and Jordan join us for this madness, so everyone enjoy, and MTFBWYA!

Longtime friend Britney joins us today (as promised for months) to revisit the horror genre, as per the original plan. We also discuss Harry Potter for a bit, and Matt makes two people cry in this episode. Cause he's a dick...but he didn't mean to :'(

Finally....we've teased it long enough. It's time....for the horror episode...

Matt's girlfriend Kristine joins us tonight for a discussion about all things horror, mainly movies and video games (of course) just in time for Halloween!!

We are back, with the intention to discuss video game journalism, as is mentioned at the top of the episode, but as is our usual thing, we immediately go off on such a tangent that another title for this episode was warranted.

Anyways, we discuss lots about all sorts of things nostalgic for us, especially our hometown mall and the arcades that used to be in it, and we get to that journalism thing, eventually...

We are back with the promised second episode covering the sci-fi genre! Topics include Star Trek, Black Mirror, Brandon being somewhat sleep-deprived, and eating dicks.

It'll make sense, I promise.

We know we've discussed Destiny a lot in previous episodes, as it is one of our favorite games, but we usually get into the technical side of things; mechanics behind the scenes, server stuff, etc. This episode we delve more into the lore behind the game, that unfortunately was mostly left out of the actual game, but included in the Grimoire cards online.

We also have a little spiel about X-COM 2 and Matt's struggles with it.

Enjoy!

Today we have another guest! Our good friend Jason, aka Sim, joins us to discuss his love for conventions, retro game collecting, all manner of rhythm games, that one time he was a rock star on Video Games Live, and we muse over the hibachi and sake we eventually consume later that evening. Fun was had by all, and now you can enjoy said fun in your earballs!

This is attempt #2 at uploading this episode, as my dumbass mixed it way too low.

Matt's younger sister Katie joins us today to discuss everything from Net Neutrality, PC vs Console, Twitch vs Youtube, and some ranting about working in IT along with Brandon.

It's truly a great time for comic book movies what with the MCU and DCCU.....ok well Wonder Woman at least was really good. Also Nolan's Batman trilogy was great. Today we tackle superhero movies, and apologies now for forgetting to mention The Watchmen, its just one I personally haven't seen, so I'd forgotten to bring it up.

Also, Matt is the sheep baron, for now...
