Scott grew up in rural Idaho where his family ranched, and made a lot of memories. Take a trip down memory lane with Scott and some of his experiences hunting with his dad. After attending a sale in Shawnee, Oklahoma, Scott found himself reflecting on his experiences in the horse industry while building hackamores at his work bench. Scott and Kim started their horse business in 2003. Since that day, they have seen a lot of changes in this industry. When you work for someone you are selling them your time. So sell them a good product. Sell them your time in the best way. Do a good job, no matter what job you are doing. 

Sell your time for the most you can sell it for. Even if you only make a dollar an hour more than the rest of the workers, sell the best of you that you have to offer. Once you realize that one day you’re going to die, you will value your time more.

After a long day's work, Scott shares some thoughts on working for others, working for yourself, and running a business. From experiences in his own family to painting a scenario with a saw mill, his hopes of today's episode is providing some insight to workers of all backgrounds.
