As Nashville and the rest of the country starts opening up, there is so much excitement this Summer and beyond. I am planning on bringing in some great guests, drop lots of names, share some great places to eat in Nashville, my wishlist, a few stories, and inspirations. Here's hoping that Summertime is great in so many ways.

Kenny Chesney's 4 new songs, especially "Streets" on the Deluxe Version of "Here & Now" is discussed. Spent the day out in part of Nashville's art community surrounded by great art, music & sense of community. First time since I came down here that I really felt part of it & it filled my heart & soul with so much happiness. Wrote a lyric/poem called "Before The Last Dogwood Blossom Falls" last night that symbolized so much in so many ways. And a few other little stories & mentions too.

New artist friend, visit to the Picasso Figures Exhibit at Nashville's Frist Musuem, a little Picasso art history lesson, his influences on my work amongst some other thoughts.

Listening to Kelsea Ballerini's song with Kenny Chesney "Half of My Hometown" on the 2021 AMCs tonight along with seeing Upper Arlington High School Classmates touring our old high school one last time before it demolished brought tears to my eyes. Also, Kenny's moving performance of "Knowing You" is mentioned. Some memories of my old high school and my hometown, famous alumni & just lots of good friends & times. It will be missed.
