How do I navigate Social Media and the internet when I'm Neurodiverse? I ask the brilliant Sooz Kempner.

The online world is frankly terrifying - as a 44 year old fart, Colin struggles to do any of it without spiralling into a foaming at the mouth panic but realises in the modern world as an artist he has no flipping choice but to learn how.

Luckily he brings in Sooz Kempner to help. She's an awesome stand up, actor and new face on Doctor Who which is cool, isn't it?!

They talk about politics, Trump being Colin's actual nemesis but not really, having opinions, telling people to naff off, briefly Gimme Gimme Gimme and how to survive social media - spoiler: switch it off for a bit.
