The hardest thing Dads will ever do is lead their family to keep the faith. This means putting Jesus as God at the center of the home.

Sometimes phony believers can show convincing signs of being true believers. So how do we know if a person is a phony believer? A phony believer abides in their own religion, righteousness, and rules. But, a true believer hears and abides because they belong to God.

In John 8:12 we see Jesus make an incredible statement. He says, "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” Understand, that Jesus is making a statement about his identity — He is claiming to be I AM. What we find in this text is that Jesus is the light of the world because He is the great I AM.

Jesus by his very nature is a controversial subject and every hearer must respond. How do you hear the words of Jesus? Are you the cynical, the caustic, the cautious, or the captivated.
