Today on MindMatters we share seven books to understand what's really going on in the world today: in the universities, on the streets, in government; the ideologies running the show, the psychopathy behind them, and the rise of soft totalitarianism. The Coddling of the American Mind: How Good Intentions and Bad Ideas Are Setting Up a Generation for Failure Unmasked: Inside Antifa's Radical Plan to Destroy Democracy Live Not by Lies: A Manual for Christian Dissidents Cynical Theories: How...

Ever wonder how this covid pandemic is affecting your mental health? Not the virus, but the constant fear of the virus? Locking us in our homes, feeding constant fear of a lurking virus through the mainstream media, only seeing others outside your family with their faces half-covered, the zealously encouraged view that all your fellow humans are disease carrying death vectors - there is no question that this overreaction to an overhyped virus is taking its toll on our psychology. But the...

Wokeness may appear crazy to its critics, but underneath the surface is something even more sinister than most are willing to admit. As an ideology with wide appeal, critical social justice theory has served its purpose as the lockpick to western civilization, as James Lindsay has put it. It has opened the gates to the highest political power, and every aspect of western culture. But what has entered through the gates? Today on MindMatters we look at Wokeness through the lens of ponerology...

We've discussed vaccines a number of times on this show. We've also discussed the new mRNA vaccines a number of times. Our own strategy has always been to avoid these vaccines as long as it is humanly possible. But what if its not possible? The PowersThatBe™ are making it increasingly difficult to avoid the vaccine and still lead a (relatively) normal life, and they're only getting started with their restrictions. We don't know what's coming, but we may be looking at a future where the shot,...

Several years ago there was talk of a new technology for food production and processing known as 'synthetic biology'. Also referred to as'syn-bio' or 'GMO 2.0', the loose terms covered everything from bioengineering yeasts to product particular flavorings or vitamin supplements to lab grown meat. Synthetic Biology involves writing new genetic code and biological "circuits" from scratch by printing them out on a DNA printer. In this way scientists can produce synthetic DNA and manipulate it...

Global panic over what the Sars-CoV-2 virus might do in terms of killing extraordinarily high numbers of people justified extraordinary 'lockdowns' in spring 2020, but 10 months into 'the new normal' most agree that it is not the 'killer virus' people once feared it was. Nevertheless, the official position that Covid-19 constitutes a 'significant public health threat' remains unchanged, leading many to doubt what they are being told about the pandemic and opening a vacuum in public...

The mind-virus of psychopathic thinking is all around us. Day after day, individuals are falling prey to the paramorals and paralogic of a weaponized pathological ideology. It has its own purpose-built language, government polices, and social norms, making it difficult to escape. But it is not real. And the lies only seem to be getting bigger, and more numerous. What is the endgame? Utopia. But for whom? And why do utopias always end up as dystopias? These answers and more this week on...

So far (at the time of writing) there have been 33 deaths in Norway related to the Covid vaccine. Experts are saying this isn't a big deal. And neither is the mysterious blood disorder a perfectly healthy Miami doctor died from two weeks after getting the Covid vaccine. Same with a nurse in Portugal (dead), a personal service worker in Canada (severe anaphylaxis), another doctor in Boston (serious allergic reaction) or the 100+ Israelis who all contracted Covid after getting the vaccine....

Fifteen years ago the world was introduced to the research of Polish psychologist Andrzej Łobaczewski in his seminal work Political Ponerology. In it, he outlined the danger of pathological revolutionary movements, the poisonous influence of psychopaths in positions of power, and the real origins of totalitarianism - as well as why relatively normal people are left woefully vulnerable to pathological thinking and psychological 'infection'. When the book was first published the "forever war...

Our reality continues to get more Orwellian by the day. A few months back the WHO quietly changed the definition of the term 'herd immunity' on their website from the definition that's been with us for about a century to a new one that indicates herd immunity is only possible through vaccination. By changing the definition they are creating the perception that vaccination is the only way to deal with diseases of any kind, rather than the way life has dealt with them from the beginning of...
