I've loved ones that never had the chance to live a long life, because of illness or sadly experiencing a tragic accident that cut their lives short.

I've also been in a car accident in my early twenties, that could have taken my life, I was very very lucky to walk away from this.

So I've known from a very young age, that life is super precious.

Most of us equate getting older, with, it's time to stop having fun. This couldn't be further from the truth in my life.

As I've farewelled loved ones in my life, in recent years, this has forced me to reflect on my life, and what kind of legacy, I really want to leave behind for my daughters.

Today I share with you, how you, can figure out what really matters for you in your life - I share with you what really matters to me in life, and how I am designing my life, so that I'm experiencing my heart's desires and having FUN along the way.

We have all experienced the curveballs that life has thrown us, the loss of a loved, losing a job or even health concerns.

My philosophy, in life, is to make plans NOW to do all the things in life, that my heart calls me to do. So often, we put all our dreams on hold, and for many, they don't get to live out their dreams, because their life gets cut short.

Don't sweat the small stuff, it's not worth it.

We get to choose, how we want to show up in our life, EVERYDAY! Show up in the way, you want to in each and every moment.

Our energy levels determine the quality of our life - There is no other way.

What I need to feel great, will be different to you, everyone's life will look and be different.

Today I share with you all the things that I need in my life, to feel great, and then it's time for you to do the same for yourself.

When you can find out how to raise your energy levels, you will be able to do all the things that mean so much to you, with energy and enthusiasm.

I have been so fortunate, to travel extensively throughout my life, both within Australia and throughout the world.

Travel adventures, have always excited me, and I always, always come home, feeling more expansive and wanting to plan my next trip pronto! It recharges my soul, expands my consciousness and is a reminder, of how, exciting life can be.

In fact, I'm known to ask my family, where our next holiday is going to be, whilst, we're on our current one. My family find this super annoying, but I'm committed to making the most of life, and am not wasting a precious minute.

Travel, has been an integral part of my life, with family, through sport and later in life, with friends. It's come full circle for me, now, travelling with my family & extended family again.
