In this episode, I share my view point on, why comparing ourselves to others is a waste of time.

This is something, I know, many of us do throughout our life, and I've learnt the hard way, that my focus needs to be turned inward, rather than outwards.

Spending all your time, tuning into everybody else's lives, instead of tuning into the amazingness, that already exists in your own life, is definitely key.

It's time to shift your focus beautiful and shine the spotlight on yourself.

In today's episode, I'm hoping to help you, re-focus your attention towards yourself, if indeed, you, like I did for many years, spend a lot of time, watching others from afar, wishing you had the perceived happiness, you think exists in their lives.

If you continue to compare yourself to others, you will detrimentally impact your relationships, lower your self esteem and rob you from getting to know yourself in the most intimate way. It will will also stop you from recognise how much abundance and love exists for you right now.

In this episode I share with you exactly why I turn to nature to problem solve.

Nature has the ability to help each and every one of us, in our own personal lives and she is a free resource which we can connect to at any time.

Nature is my healing elixir, I heavily rely on, and when I take myself out into nature, she always has her way with me. She helps me to clear my mind, re-frame my thought patterns which leads me to receiving insights and ideas to solve my problems.

When I'm in nature, my intuition speaks to me, through inspired thought or ideas, and this is why I turn to nature to problem solve. Nature helps me to relax and when I relax, I am always inspired in one way or another.
