Can you sit & be Loved?

This is what spirit said to me today when I had planned to get some work done but I was feeling such overwhelming Love.

Those that resonate with being a channel for the higher dimensional energies you may know the overwhelming feeling of having divine love streaming through you & your heart bursting like you can't take anymore love & you can't concentrate or do anything else but sit & receive & transmit this frequency 😍🙃

I was reminded how important this is - to be able to have a human body & be a vessel to anchor these energies into the Earth, for the planet & for the collective consciousness of humanity.

Being able to sit, be & transmit these high frequency energies may sound so simple & can almost feel like we aren't doing enough but it is completely transformative, for not just ourselves but affecting the whole planet & universe in a way we cannot comprehend.

What a gift it is to do this,

What an honor,

And how electrifying it is to have Divine Love & your life force energy streaming through you in a physical body!

Integrate the ego structure of the mind that may say there is more productive things to be doing or perhaps that the energy work isn't doing enough to be of service... because it so is!

We all know how this is a energetic world we live in & how energy can affect us on all levels of our being & how expansion of our consciousness will truly shift our reality & humanity as a whole.

This work is important & needed now more than ever, thank you for all you do, I see you & honor you 💜

It's an old outdated program to be stressed, busy, overwhelmed & anxious in our daily lives...

We can choose to live differently & break that pattern for ourselves & therefore show others that there is another way. (Life isn't meant to be so serious!)

Get present & honor what is arising in each moment - our life is made up of all these moments!

We can hold a vision in our heart for what we want or where we are going & have structure in our life to get us there (which will then enable us to relax & be in that flow state aka balancing masculine & feminine energies) but also embrace & appreciate where you are right now in this moment.

When you are in the present moment you are open to receiving the inspiration, the guidance for the best aligned actions to take (& usually feeling a sense of inner peace or even joy), compared to being in a resistant energy feeling anxious & frustrated & blocking yourself from the blessings that want to flow to & through you..so being present is kinda a win-win situation for you in the now moment & the you in a "future" moment 💫

It is important to remember that whenever we hold space for ourselves to process, feel, heal, integrate, we need to let go of control of how it's gonna go, what's gonna happen, how it's gonna feel, what expectations we have, what the end result has to look like etc.

For example, during a sound bath you can have an intention for why you are participating but it's then to let it go & just surrender, allow & receive & know you will experience whatever it is that is in your highest good to experience at that time. For some people they may have a relaxing restorative experience, for others they may feel suppressed emotions coming up to be felt & processed, for others they may receive inner guidance - whether or not this was part of their intention or plan!

There is also so much going on which we cannot perceive or understand & goes beyond the limitations of the mind when it comes to healing & what is best for us in the moment at a soul level. Its not for us to know everything, it's for us to embrace the healing opportunity in the present moment no matter how we might experience it.

In life the more we can trust that we are supported & guided & be open to receive blessings & grace, we can stop trying to control & resist the natural processing & alchemizing that is occurring during our ascension journey. Our natural state is of balance & harmony on all levels of our being & it is always wanting to align & come back into resonance, so can we allow it to occur 🦋

If you want to manifest something I want to remind you that it is not so much about getting something that you don't have or becoming a different person to attract it or reaching outside of you for something, as the essence of the hearts desire is already within you. It's an embracing & allowing of it.

You are Love & you also have within you peace, abundance, freedom, joy & so much more as you hold the same divine qualities as Source. You also have a unique soul blueprint that you wanted to activate & embody in this lifetime so you could experience & transmit certain codes & qualities in your human experience.

We have been conditioned to think we are not worthy of these things and we must earn it & prove that we deserve it. We think we have to fix something or work hard to obtain feeling good & receiving love, that it cannot be as easy as accepting & honoring the sacred, divine being that we are & radiating the love that we are out into the world through our unique expressions of it.

This is another reason why my work is so much about supporting you in remembering, activating & embodying your true souls essence, because the more you unfold into who you are the more of those energies that you are seeking will naturally be experienced by you through surrendering to it & embracing more of you..it is less of a chasing & trying to grab onto certain things but instead an embracing of your essence & a surrendering to that which you truly are which is what you are really seeking.

You hold the key, it's all within you. Anchor in your higher self more & more each day, reside in your souls essence. Use your creator abilities to receive your hearts desires through taking time to tune in & listen to your heart & allow the inspiration to emerge & then take the action from your inner guidance & alchemize the resistance that may arise. Be that embodiment of that which you truly are through the integration of all aspects of you, therefore not only experiencing heaven on earth within you, but also in your outer reality & on the planet for all to remember their own sovreignty 🦋

It's been the first week of the 4 Week Reset - Mind Body & Spirit Immersion & it's been powerful.

It's not every day that we sit with ourselves & ask how we really are on all levels of our being - mentally, emotionally, physically & spiritually & how we would like that to look, feel & be like moving forward in our life honoring the calling of our heart & our vision.

This week was all about self awareness & our intentions & visions. We shone light on the parts of us that may be limiting us, keeping us in our comfort zone, is stuck in fear & resistance & ultimately affecting our intentions/goals/vision we have for ourselves.

We get to make the conscious choice to let go of certain beliefs, behaviours, emotions & ways of being that is not in alignment with where we are heading & who we truly are & what we want to be & do in our life.

Lydias workouts have enabled me to connect even deeper with my physical body & feel more grounded, embodied & present. I feel such a shift on all levels of my being as I make space to nurture my body through these movement practices & it allows me to get my energy flowing & also inspires me to continue looking after all aspects of my wellbeing!
