Raising up into the higher dimensions is not about going anywhere, it is being right here on Earth being able to exist in a higher range of frequency with more unconditional love & unity. It's a state of being & the ability to access higher states of consciousness & to exist in a new level of reality. It's experiencing heaven on Earth. We can then be clear channels to anchor the higher frequencies & energies into Earth to assist in raising the collective consciousness on the planet. During our ascension process our physical bodies are upgrading too just like the mental & emotional shifts that are occurring so we can anchor in more light and integrate the mind with our heart. When we can reside in the higher dimensions we are embodying more of our true souls essence, we are becoming more of our higher self in human form. We can begin to perceive beyond our limited human awareness & start to activate & experience our multidimensional abilities.

There are so many things we can do in every moment that can raise our vibration & bring more happiness into our lives. Often we think other things are more important so these little things we can do which can completely transform our day emotionally, mentally, physically, take a backseat..before we know it maybe the whole week has passed & you haven't done one thing that actually lights you up..maybe your week has been work, sleep & repeat and the main emotions you have been feeling are tired, stressed, bored, uninspired etc

You do not need a reason to bring happiness into your life, you deserve happiness & love, joy, abundance, playfulness & so much more on the daily, it's your birthright! It is up to you to cultivate this within you, through your way of being & having the pure intent to experience this in your life. It can be through the beliefs you hold, the thoughts you think, the emotions & feelings you invoke & the things you physically do.

It's not about finding temporary happiness from things outside of you, it's about cultivating it within you. No matter who, what, where you are you can tap into this energy & embody it. Knowing the things that spark this happiness within you. Also witnessing this happiness being reflected back to you through your outer world through being in the present moment.

Life doesn't have to be so serious, this is a reminder to lighten up, sing that song even if you think you don't sound good, let your body move intuitively to that song you like, do something nice for someone else just coz you can & it brings you happiness to do so. Make your happiness a priority if it's something that is important to you & you want to cultivate more of it within your life...& watch it not only affect you but those around you ✨

I feel supported & guided in all ways

From the higher realms,

From source, the beings of light & love.

It began with a moment of surrender

A letting go of resistance

Being willing to open up to the possibility of there being more, beyond what my eyes could see

That there was meaning & purpose in my suffering

That there was something out there that would hear my call

And through my own free will of calling out & my strong intention

My prayer was answered

I experienced the grace of this universal power/source/god/divine

This created a trust

Which turned into a faith & knowing

Often it isn't until something occurs in our life that triggers us to really ponder & question what life is all about & why we are here...what our purpose is & if our life really matters or makes any impact at all.. if we only get one life or if we come back..what's the point of all of this?

Know there is so much more to you that you may have been taught to believe. If you feel the call to discover the answers to some of these big questions, it's your soul calling you home, to remember who you truly are & why you came into this lifetime.

On a soul level you chose to come into this lower dimensional experience.. but you came to wake up from it in divine time, not to stay stuck in the outdated beliefs & programs & feel separated & in fear..but to awaken to your divinity & merge that with your humanity to embody your higher self & do what your soul intended to do, express, create & be in this lifetime.
