I am so happy and excited about today’s guest a divine soul brother that I called in on April 8th. Hector Brito is a Spiritual Leader, Guide, Mentor and Thought Leader. 

Hector was born in 1966 in Puerto Rico when the country was transitioning and men and women were carrying machetes.

Hector was growing up with 5 sisters and when he was 10 years old his father left them and became the provider of the family. His story is remarkable and from one day to another his life completely shifted from being a professional boxer, having 13 horses and a big acre to being paralysed from the neck and down. This is part 1 of 2 epic episodes.

Julia's story begins in Bournemouth, where a childhood marked by emotional suppression and a dominant father set the stage for her struggle with an eating disorder.

From feeling invisible to using food restriction as a means of control, Julia's path was fraught with challenges.

She left home at 16, experienced family turmoil, and continued to battle her disorder through marriage and motherhood.

Despite these hardships, a pivotal moment came when Julia met Victoria Kleinsman, a coach who helped her unlock the emotions she had long suppressed. Through this relationship, Julia discovered the power of self-compassion and began to heal.
