I am so excited about today’s episode with Arieahn Matamonsa, we were connected through Emma Hamlin, she has been part of the Author programs and we will talk about Ariehan’s book “Cages, Keys & the Chatelaine: A Woman’s Book for Transformation.”
She is a cross-culturally trained, licensed psychologist, academic, author and international speaker. Arieahn lives on a 12-acre farm in southeast Wisconsin with horses, dogs and cats. Her writings, workshops and presentations centre on connecting with our deep-ancestral wisdom to access healing, courage and resilience. Her areas of research expertise are cross-cultural psychology and the exploration of Indigenous philosophies, psychologies and cultural healing paradigms including connecting with nature and animals as a path to well-being.
In this episode, we will talk about:
-How this book guides women to reconnect with deep-ancestral wisdom.
-Instincts, feminine divine, intuition and freedom.
-The horse is feminine divine and how Arieahn works with her animals in her retreats at the farm.
-How journaling is a transformative tool for her clients.
One of my favourite parts is the book “Cages, Keys & the Chatelaine: A Woman’s Book for Transformation.” You have to read it!
“If we as women can not explore & remember the wild, untamed and intuitive, emotional beings we are. We start to repress our wild instincts, it will spiral destructively. We stop acting FREE!!! “
Enjoy this powerful and insightful episode!
