An addition to my last podcast and an intro to a new one that Kelly and I will do together which was sparked by a conversation I had with a friend regarding suffering and whether or not it is a choice. I feel we have the power to choose and it takes a lot of digging into our darkest corners to be able to hold that space for ourselves. Sharing my thoughts and I'd love to hear yours too!

There were so many titles I could have chosen for this episode of Kellie's Shorts, I had a hard time choosing! As I moved through some physical pain that brought on emotional releasing, I wanted to talk about how we can become aware of when we are holding onto pain and how to let go. It's a process and no two people do it alike. People can validate our pain as easily as parking, but do we want to stay there? I've learned to ask myself - how long do I want to be hurt? When you ask that question, it can be a game changer. Thanks for tuning in!

We sat down for an impromptu podcast since we were all sitting around discussing things we were processing anyway.
