I’m Kristie Callahan, and today, we’re diving into something that’s been coming through loud and clear — for myself, for my clients, and for the collective: It’s time to change the channel.

If life feels like it’s glitching, looping, or just plain heavy right now… you’re not broken. The feeling of the inner critic, the doubts, the need to control and to pull to play small.

Recently, I learned something really important: not everyone will be ready for the frequency I’m bringing. And that’s okay. I don’t share to be perfect. I share to be real. I share because It brings me joy. I share because it is my passion and it lights me up.  I also have so much to share and deep wisdom that lays deep within my soul and my hopes that my topics and experiences here in this human school will light up something within you too,. 

My intention with this space is never to preach or to perform. I’m here to show up — as I am — with a full heart, open soul, and an honest desire to light the way.

Some episodes might feel super aligned and high-vibe. Others may feel a little more —

I’ll be the first one to admit, I can go off-track sometimes because there’s just so much I want to share with you. But I promise, every word comes from a place of love and service.
