She sits on the Brain Injury Advisory Council through the Brain Injury Association of America and is also involved with the Minnesota Brain Injury Alliance's "citizen advocates."

Celeste Elliott was born and raised in NE Ohio. She grew up in around the metaphysical and Spiritualist community. She studied mediumship in traditional development circles and workshops.
