There's so much information available on healing and nervous system regulation that it's difficult to know where to begin. So many offering a quick fix. The truth is that no such thing exists. It mostly turns out to be bandaids for bullet wounds. The sooner we recognise this the better, and when we truly understand how healing does occur, the sooner we can get on with creating it!
