Episode 385 is one we just found on an old drive.

This one part of a 3 hour mix we recorded live at a very memorable Sunday afternoon warehouse party back in 2012 at good friends Surry Hills Studio.

The recording quality isn't the best, but the vibe right that Sunday afternoon getting down to some heavy DISCO & GARAGE on that dope dancefloor.

For everyone who was there & remembers the jam THANK YOU for coming down and making it such a memorable one. We look forward to seeing everybody's smiling faces again very soon.

Peace & Love

SOUL OF SYDNEY RADIO 381 | Sydney crate digger, DJ, music writer, radio host & label don PARIS GROOVESCOOTER laying down a Sunday afternoon DISCO work-out while warming things up for NYC disco legend JOHN MORALES on what was a very special afternoon of music.

He was only supposed to play for an hour early on but him and the crowd were having so much fun he ended up playing for close to 3 hours while it stormed outside & he kept everyone nice and warm with his magical musical selections inside in 2020

Sending our prayers up for one of our music worlds finest, REST IN PEACE to the great BILL WITHERS who sadly passed away earlier this week.

We lost one of the finest Soul storytellers ever, the mighty BILL WITHERS was one of our biggest musical influences.

He moved the world with his music. That warm voice, the vivid pictures he painted with his song-writing were favourites to generations of music fans.

Here is an extended tribute mix we did with some of our favourite live recordings, remixes, edits and original Bill Withers masterpieces.

We hope you enjoy the mix and take more time to listen to his music in your life.

Rest In Peace to a true icon of music.
