You know the saying the more you know the less you know?

Well if you're here with me now, you're likely on the personal development train and know how true this saying is!

Sometimes as we grow and evolve we learn things that support us and take us to a certain stage in our evolution and growth...

However, sometimes those very key pieces of learning that were so ingrained in us, become the very things that hinder our growth!

It can be very confusing and often times quite detrimental to your growth because you may start judging or criticising old parts of yourself for the way you ''used to do things''...

But remember, you only know what you know now because of the things you learned in the past...

So your journey very much becomes about staking your learning and lessons...

And over time turning that knowledge into innate wisdom!

You have no idea the amount of people you are inspiring and impacting everyday... just by being YOU!

You might be a coach, a healer, a teacher or maybe you're not... 

But everyone is a teacher, a mentor and an influencer...

If you have kids or cousins or siblings or neighbours...

Then you are part of humanity and you absolutely influence people with you presence...

The thing is most of the time we have no idea about it...

And most times we will never know...

So every once and while when someone shares with you the impact you have had on them...

Celebrate it, cherish it and thank them deeply...

And likewise... If someone has impacted you... Let them know...
