    Dance. Play. Intuition.

Wanna know how to leverage these superhuman tools to detach from the institution and walk in freedom?

Soul Purpose Leadership Podcast Episode 62: LEADERSHIP GOLD: De-Institutionalizing Our World and Creating Sovereignty + Freedom with Rev. Tracy Clark has got you covered, friends!

Let's start with a bit more about Tracy, whose trauma-to-triumph story includes disability and disease, kidnapping, and divorce, all of which ultimately led her on a journey of self-discovery and healing. An author and ordained Reverend, Tracy started the TLC Community of Extraordinary Living and has helped people around the world to transform their lives through connection with God.

In light of Tracy's experience, she's sharing all about de-institutionalizing our world in order to create sovereignty and freedom, including her personal story of when she knew she had to leave the institutional way of thinking.

Institutional thinking dampens our creativity and intuition. But how can we respond to this when this is really all we've known? How can we go against the grain? Tune in to today's episode to find out (hint: baby steps!!).

Speaking of intuition and action steps, one of Tracy's encouragements is to ask yourself: "Is this better for all of humanity?" After all, intuition is NOT selfish. We are here to serve!

And because we were created to serve from a place of freedom, NOT slavery, we discuss dreaming, playing, and child like faith that you won't want to miss.

  • Leadership "+": The power of "stories," speaking up, elevator convos AND 1984! with David Norrie | Ep. 59

    Articulating your vision.

    Speaking up in your message.

    Stewarding your gifts.

    Getting back to connection.

These are just some of the topics we're covering on today's episode of the Soul Purpose Leadership podcast with David Norrie! David is the best-selling author of the book Turned On, co-host of the Turned On podcast and founder of Socially Speaking, an occupational training program designed to help entrepreneurs and professionals articulate their passions and products with a greater degree of charisma and marketability.

We brought David on the show today because in this second quarter of 2021, we're diving a little deeper into what leadership is - having some tougher convos, because let's be real - it's time. It needs to happen. And we're forging the way with you and for you.

On today's episode, Leadership "+": The power of "stories," speaking up, elevator convos AND 1984!, we discuss storytelling. After all, storytellers are teachers, and as David says, "We have to get back to being human again." Yep, we have to speak the truth even when - especially when - it's hard.

Have you been feeling the urge to speak up, but for whatever reason are holding back? David encourages us to GO THERE. "There is no other option," he says. "It's supposed to be ugly… it's supposed to be hard. Because it's going to define why you get up out of bed every day."

Finally, David teaches us that it's not just our message that's important, but how we deliver it. We need to not only create our mission statement, but get it out to the world in truth and in love. That's how we steward our gifts well and get back to connection - back to 1984 (tune in for more on this!).

But let's back up a little - before we start really diving into leadership, success, and everything in between this quarter, it's important that we identify what these terms really even mean.

"Leadership is about co-creating coordinated movement," says Blaine; and "Success is, in large part, predicated on me having the capacity to continually start over." We break this down much more on-air, so tune in if these definitions got you thinking.

If you did a double-take just now - YES that is THE Joel Brown gracing the cover of this week's Soul Purpose Leadership Podcast episode! Joel Brown joined us to discuss The True Meaning of Wealth: God, You, IMPACT on Episode 55 today! Joel starts by sharing this about his relationship with God: "It's a personable experience. You're walking with Him. Jennifer and Joel discuss how God wants to be the center of everything from our sufferings to our successes. They discuss moving from self-actualization to spiritual-actualization and co-creating with God. They also discuss how to avoid "playing small" - Joel encourages asking the question, "What's blocking me and stopping me from realizing that I'm already 'here'?"
