Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about suffering, unfairness, and what it really means to live a meaningful life.
The world is not equal.
Some people are born healthy.
Some are not.
Some people grow up safe.
Others grow up surrounded by war, pain, or poverty.
And honestly… sometimes I wonder what we’re actually supposed to do with that reality.
In this episode, I talk about:
* the limits of what one person can do
* why comparing ourselves to others often feels meaningless
* the emotional weight of trying to “save” everyone
* and why I believe learning to genuinely make yourself happy is not selfish, but necessary
Because maybe…
before changing the world,
we first need to stop abandoning ourselves.
This episode is a quiet reflection on happiness, responsibility, humanity, and learning how to live honestly in an imperfect world.
