In Acts the church was faced with an injustice within the church, and there were a lot of similarities to their circumstances and ours now. Their response gives us the blueprint on what that should look like for us now as followers of Christ.

Are we living a life where we are often oppressed because of our great faith or are we living a life suppressed by our fears? So often fear of what others think, fear of losing control, and fear of surrender will keep us from living a life full of faith, conviction, and power in the Holy Spirit. What would our life look like if we chose obedience over self?
