Sarah is a yoga teacher so we deep-dived into her practice and her path. Yoga has absolutely transformed Sarah's life and well-being. We also discussed the origins of yoga, chakras, pranayama, teaching online as well as some more controversial topics such as half-naked Instagram adverts and a BBC article accusing yoga of having a 'far-right conspiracy theory problem' 🙈

After a short break, I am back on the podcast train & balder than ever. I am very excited about this month's podcasts including Jason Christof and a couple of other guests I've followed for a long time.  Today, I had an incredibly brave guest with a tragic yet beautiful story. Christine, all the way from Colorado 🇺🇸, struggled with anxiety in her late teens and then tragically lost her fiance in her early 20's. As you can imagine, this was an intense mental battle that she has largely overcome using her own inner strength, psychological studies, practices and the power of her mind. Mental health issues is something I hold close to my heart - It was an open and deep conversation and I discussed my own mental health battle back in 2012. This is the first time I've talked in-depth about mental health with a guest and it felt nice to share our stories/opinions.

We also discussed her role at Aura Meditation, an amazing meditation app and one of the world's most popular, Christine and myself teach on there. Christine has worked as a mental health counselor, she is a psychology enthusiast and has deep experience with trauma work including suicide prevention. I spoke with the Founder of New Earth Masculine Brotherhood, Coach and Podcast Host of Conscious Leadership Spencer Madden this week 🇨🇦

Spencer believes that men have lost their way over the last century and have given away their sovereignty to outside authority. He also feels we have pushed aside the divine feminine energy. His movement aims to enhance both energies and look towards creating a new way of being more in balance with nature and our true essence.

I was blessed to speak with the wonderful Sarah Stacey on my podcast recently 🙏🏻

Sarah's wisdom arrived less through a text book and more through what she describes as a series of close accounts with creator. She has trained with Yogic, Buddhist & Shamanic principles and has an online business creating different containers for people to journey with different intents to deepen into love and experience a more embodied relationship with creator.
