After a short break, I am back on the podcast train & balder than ever. I am very excited about this month's podcasts including Jason Christof and a couple of other guests I've followed for a long time.  Today, I had an incredibly brave guest with a tragic yet beautiful story. Christine, all the way from Colorado 🇺🇸, struggled with anxiety in her late teens and then tragically lost her fiance in her early 20's. As you can imagine, this was an intense mental battle that she has largely overcome using her own inner strength, psychological studies, practices and the power of her mind. Mental health issues is something I hold close to my heart - It was an open and deep conversation and I discussed my own mental health battle back in 2012. This is the first time I've talked in-depth about mental health with a guest and it felt nice to share our stories/opinions.

We also discussed her role at Aura Meditation, an amazing meditation app and one of the world's most popular, Christine and myself teach on there. Christine has worked as a mental health counselor, she is a psychology enthusiast and has deep experience with trauma work including suicide prevention. I spoke with the Founder of New Earth Masculine Brotherhood, Coach and Podcast Host of Conscious Leadership Spencer Madden this week 🇨🇦

Spencer believes that men have lost their way over the last century and have given away their sovereignty to outside authority. He also feels we have pushed aside the divine feminine energy. His movement aims to enhance both energies and look towards creating a new way of being more in balance with nature and our true essence.

I was blessed to speak with the wonderful Sarah Stacey on my podcast recently 🙏🏻

Sarah's wisdom arrived less through a text book and more through what she describes as a series of close accounts with creator. I was proud to host a cancer survivor on the podcast! 🤩💪

Richie's story is inspirational to say the least. After been told he only had 5 weeks to live, Richie refused to accept that reality. He brought together physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual practices to take on the battle of a lifetime... And lived to tell the tale. His resilient mindset is incredible, hearing how positive he stayed throughout the illness is something we can all learn and take note of. I also respect his ability to take full responsibility for his life and refuse to play the victim card when it would have been so easy to do so.

Other than that particular journey, Richie is a therapist, yoga teacher and is putting plans in place for a yoga commune/retreat next year. It's an exciting time for him, showing now matter how hard life gets we can overcome things and start a shiny new path. Our toughest moments often lead to our greatest.
