Lance Essihos is the founder and CEO of Mic-Up Podcast.  He is also the podcast host of the “University of Adversity” podcast, a podcast about shifting your perspective on adversity by understanding that although adversity may feel like your worst enemy, it is your greatest ally.

Mikey Pauker is a musician from California.  Growing up in Orange County, his early experiences at underground shows exposed him to the intense, primal energy of live music, as well as the strong community bonds that form in an authentic and close-knit scene. 

Inspired by teachers who blend yoga and mystical practices he went to study in Jerusalem, soaking up the hidden teachings of his ancestral lineage. These spiritual dimensions guided his artistic development as he explored ecstatic music festivals and mystical religious traditions.

Mikey is on a mission to help us answer the call of inner wilderness, to greet the darkness with understanding and an open heart. He talks to me about the healing elements of music and why he is passionate about spirituality, religion, and the Jewish culture.

Dr. Sheila Marie Campbell is the founder of @nuchi.us. She is a Nutritionist, Herbologist, and a Master and Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. After receiving her masters of Oriental medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York in 2016 she went on to graduate with a doctorate from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine San Diego in 2018. During her study of Chinese medicine, she studied at Yo San University dedicating her time to understanding the Daoist philosophies of Chi (Energy) cultivation. 

Over the last decade, her focus has been on teaching holistic health and wellness practices. Sheila is a group facilitator for Women's Studies and an advanced meditator who is passionate about educating people on how to create rituals and maintain their energetic space.
