While adapting to our "new normal" many of us found ourselves in uncomfortable circumstances and fighting new kinds of battles. Some of us had more time on our hands than we knew what to do with, which often led to more time spent on social media. And while these outlets can be a great place for community, connection, and encouragement, it can also be a breeding ground for negative thoughts and emotions that can cause a great deal of damage to our inner being. During today's session, we're going to conduct an internal assessment by taking a snapshot of our inner selves for a new kind of "selfie".
