  • #17 Vision into Action 2026: How I’m Taking Action Without Having It All Figured Out

In this first recorded episode of 2026, I share the principles I’m using to turn vision into real action this year.

This isn’t about having life figured out, hitting milestones, or following someone else’s version of success. It’s an honest, grounded conversation about what actually helps when you want change but feel unsure, overwhelmed, or stuck.

I reflect on the importance of re-evaluating my life honestly, getting clear on what I want (not what I’m supposed to want), and building confidence through action rather than waiting to feel ready. I talk about why investing in myself through courses, retreats, and support is never wasted, how accountability creates momentum, and why it matters who I listen to along the way.

I also explore letting go of comparison, protecting my energy and focus in a distracted world, and learning to trust the process even when I don’t know the outcome yet.

If you’re entering 2026 craving clarity, momentum, and a more intentional way of living, this episode shares practical ideas, gentle encouragement, and a reminder that small, conscious choices really do add up.

  • #15 Christmas Reflection: What the character of Scrooge can teach us

This Christmas Eve, I’m sharing a short, gentle reflection inspired by A Christmas Carol.

It’s a story many of us have known since childhood, but this year it landed differently for me. Not as a Christmas tale about ghosts and redemption, but as a deeply human story about what happens when life hardens us, and what becomes possible when we soften again.

In this reflection, I explore the character of Scrooge, the world Dickens was writing into, and the quiet but powerful moment at the end of the novel when Scrooge begins to chuckle. Not loudly. Not for show. But with a sense of relief, as if a lifetime of bitterness has finally been laid down.

This episode is an invitation to pause, to reflect on what the year has asked of you, and to consider what you might be ready to release as you move into Christmas and the year ahead.

No big lessons. No fixing. Just a few minutes of quiet reflection, compassion, and space to soften.

From my soul to yours, I’m really glad you’re here.
