Maybe it’s a movie you watched years ago, a logo on an automobile or the image of a well-known clothing brand. Well, you’re not the only one and it seems like you have been hit by the MANDELA EFFECT!

Kim and Jay gather today to discuss this unusual phenomenon that has been around for years. Take a listen as the ladies try to pick apart what’s happening and some of the moments they have experienced of this “false memory.”

Did you know that cooking makes you 1000 times better good-looking? ;) 

In this episode, Kim and Jay step into the kitchen to put their cooking skills to use. They talk about how they were introduced to cooking and how they continue to cook today. 

Kim makes a 5 ingredient vegan pancakes. Even though she was missing a special ingredient they were still delicious! The easier it is, the more Kim is up to do it!

Jay makes a chicken dumpling soup. She had to improvise but this soup was yummy beyond words. A perfect meal for a cold day on a beautiful weekend.

Jay talks about letting go of people who don't deserve your energy. Family, friends, and anyone who has wronged you don't need to have access to you. We can forgive without allowing low vibrations back into our circle.
