In this episode I talk about how we self sabotage ourselves when we are afraid of failure OR when we are actually afraid to have the thing we desire most. Maybe you've identified your heart's desire and even know the next action step but you are so afraid of failure or actually having the thing that you will instantly distract yourself with tv, alcohol, shopping, socializing, work, you fill in the blank. Anything that allows you to run away and avoid yourself ultimately is a distraction and a form of self sabotage. Resistance to change is a natural human reaction however at some point you have to face this straight on and start taking those baby steps towards your desires if you are looking to walk more fully in your purpose.
