Words matters.
How we use our words.
What we tell ourselves.
They matter.

"Rachel, I know what to do. I just keep sabotaging myself and not putting myself in opportunity to discover new distributors or customers for that matter. I am a *rank 5* with *rank 4* volume and DESPERATELY longing for people to run with."

What is the goal of leadership? What is the purpose of it?

My mentor Eric Worre always taught me that the purpose of a leader is "to create action that wouldn't have been there otherwise." A leader is there to get people to do the things they wouldn't do (without them!)

...Leadership isn't simple position or title.
...You aren't just a leader because of your name tag or rank.
...A real leader doesn't simple lead by example or have good ideas.

All those things are good and noble, but the PURPOSE of leadership is to create RESULTS.

Leadership is about INFLUENCE and IMPACT.

So what do REAL leaders look like?

Well they are independent, problem solving, consistent and more. In Network Marketing - they get the most of their teamies, help everyone order, never complain... and MORE. SO MUCH MORE.

But how rare are REAL leaders?

In this episode I'm going to help you identify a REAL LEADER and talk about the financial potential if you decide to step into TRUE leadership and build leaders inside of your organization.

 This is Network Marketing personal branding done well. 

Corporately speaking, branding is a marketing practice in which a company creates a name, logo, symbols, or even a “tribe” as a way to distinguish themselves from competitors. 

So, how does it work for independent Network Marketing distributors? When you have tens of thousands (or more) other reps in the SAME company vying for prospects, let alone the millions of reps in the MLM industry all striving for market share.
