4. Permission-Free Living: The 7-Day No-Explanation Challenge Stop over-explaining yourself. Instead of justifying or apologizing for your decisions, practice stating them confidently. Example: Instead of saying, “I’m so sorry, I have to reschedule because of XYZ,” simply say, “I need to reschedule. Here are two alternative times that work for me.” Removing the need for permission helps unravel approval-seeking habits and fosters self-trust.
