This is the first episode dedicated to affirmation practice of healing words. I hope this can be a tool that can bring you comfort and hope in between each episode.

Our walls are not always serving the intent for them to protect us or create a space for growth. Often they shield us from being able to move forward while also not allowing anyone else in. We wake up years later realizing we never moved.

We have all been subjected to pain, damage and trauma in many different forms and levels. We live in cultures and societies that often gaslight our reality for their comfort. This is why is essential for us to create intentional space for healing. Healing through love and forgiveness brings the biggest quality to our human experience.

On this episode I speak on the ability to be courageous leads to creativity and confidence. Courage is the opportunity to step into the unknown that ironically places us with the opportunity to know ourselves in a deeper way.

On this episode I focus on the validity of the choices we make when deciding to continue adult education and the relationship it carries in a capitalist society.

Just a short episode where I speak from the heart and mind about human relationships, closure and the acceptance of the opportunities that ending some relationships can be use to transform our outlook on alignment and peace.

This episode brings out curiousity around being an empath or being a carrier of trauma and unresolved issues. Are our empathetic ways a reflection of the healing we need so desire?
