Hannah Jewel is a certified and accredited provider of training in Polarity Therapy, Relaxation Therapies, Reiki and Somatics.  She holds a PhD in ritual and somatic studies, where her specialisms focus on the Sufi path and the human embodiment of transformation and unfolding.

Her first book came out two winters ago and brings together Sufi and Indigenous teachings which address our  collective transition in consciousness and sustainability.   "Sovereignty and Love: bright ideas for a better future." can be found on her website www.jewelofpeace.com/shop and it will soon be released on all ebook platforms.

Special Guest Anthony Hutton, winner of big brother 2005 and Founder of Mr Hutton's Barber

In this episode, we talk with Anthony's about his extreme experience of fame.  
He stepped out of the Big Brother house to fireworks, a £200,000 photoshoot and several agents wanting to sign him.
When this fame declined and eventually fizzled out his downward spiral inspired him to rethink his life and opened him up to his journey of self mastery.  He realised that within the vulnerability of sharing his mental health journey other men opened up to him.

Special Guest Chloe Morant is Founder of Ikigai Pilates UK

In this episode, we talk about Chloe's journey of self mastery through her path of becoming a Pilates Instructor and how trauma like the loss of her mother can create great growth.

Born in Canada and having grown up in Cornwall, Chloe has always had a love for nature, spirituality and being near the ocean. She has been practicing Pilates for over 10 years, but only recently made the decision to turn her passion into a profession by pursuing teaching as a career. She enjoys a fairly dynamic approach to the Pilates fundamentals, resulting in a challenging but fun, fluid routine to help promote wellbeing. 

Her company “Ikigai Pilates” derived from the Japanese word for “a sense of purpose” aims to help others find their purpose through Pilates flow and mindfulness.
