Are you someone who says “I’m fine” when you are absolutely not, but you keep functioning anyway? You stay composed, deal with what needs to be dealt with, and other people assume you are okay because you look like you are.
For someone with the foundational emotional bruise of injustice, recognition matters deeply. It is about being seen for who you actually are, what you are capable of and what you bring yet the paradox is, people don’t realise you need this because you rarely show vulnerability or give them any reason to feel that you need anything.
In this episode, I explore the fifth and final Emotional Bruise and clarify why recognition is at the centre of injustice.
We talk about perfectionism, high standards, emotional detachment, feeling unseen or underestimated, and why people with injustice appear completely fine even when they are not.
The aim is not to become less independent or lower your standards. It is to notice when those strengths start working against you.

Some people struggle to trust, and it is not because they are suspicious by nature.
For someone with the foundational emotional bruise of betrayal, reliability matters deeply. Broken promises, inconsistency, sudden changes and not knowing where they stand can activate the need to take control. Pasted markdown
In this episode, I return to the five Emotional Bruises and explore betrayal.
We look at:
• why betrayal is really about trust
• the difference between natural leadership and control
• why reliability matters so much
• how betrayal shows up in childhood
• what happens in relationships when trust changes
• why someone with betrayal may struggle to delegate
• how loyalty, responsibility and protection become strengths
• the pattern that develops when trust is broken
The key is not to stop taking charge. It is to notice when taking charge becomes control because trust has been affected.
SoulLife Psychology looks beyond what happened to you. It also asks who it happened to, because the same experience affects different people in different ways.
Next episode, I move into the final Emotional Bruise, injustice, and why I now see recognition as its deeper emotional need.

What if the pyramids are far older than we have been taught, and some people remember Egypt from before the history we know?
In this episode, I’m joined by Christel Rosenkilde Christensen and Flemming Nielsen. Flemming is a structural engineer and property developer with a lifelong connection to Egypt. Christel, The New World Oracle and oracular strategist, illuminates the invisible architecture of people, places and success.
Years ago, during one of their first sessions together, they experienced what they understood as the same memory of ancient Egypt. Christel saw Flemming being given plans connected to pyramid construction. That experience later led Flemming to organise a private expedition to Egypt, where they explored several pyramids and their very different energies. You will see incredible photographs on the YouTube episode.
We talk about pyramid construction, ancient timelines, quantum ideas around time, initiation, Ma’at, consciousness and what the ancient Egyptians may have understood about human nature. For me, Ma’at speaks directly to the cycle of life. Across lifetimes, we experience different sides of being human until understanding and balance expand.

Are you having an “I’m sick of this” moment?
A job, relationship, responsibility, situation or even a way you’ve been operating for years can suddenly become unbearable. That feeling is worth paying attention to.
In this episode, I look at change through the SoulLife® Life Map and explain why what you’re being confronted with can be connected to your Life Mission. Sometimes the obvious circumstances need to change. But the more useful question is what the experience is asking you to develop in yourself.
I take you through all 12 Life Missions, including the SuperWonder Missions 11, 22 and 33, and look at the purpose and objective of each one. Confidence, boundaries, trust, expression, discipline, forgiveness, vulnerability, surrender and learning when to let go of control can all become part of what life is confronting you with.
I also show you how to calculate your own Life Mission from your date of birth, so you can listen again with your own mission in mind.
In this episode:
• Why “I’m sick of this” can signal that something needs to change
• Why change isn’t only about changing your circumstances
• The purpose and objective of each of the 12 Life Missions
• How your Life Mission gives context to what you’re being confronted with
• Why the same change challenges different people in different ways
• Confidence, boundaries, trust, responsibility, control and surrender
• How to calculate your Life Mission from your date of birth
• How to look at what’s happening in your life through your Life Map
If something in your life has reached the point where you simply cannot keep doing it the same way, this episode will help you look at what the experience is showing you about yourself.

Sandi Serling is the creator and host of Fear Unzipped, where she explores fear through neuroscience, metaphysics and human experience.
In this conversation, I explore Sandi’s Life Map as a Life Mission 1, The Leader, and how that mission has unfolded across her life.
We talk about her sensitivity and anxiety from childhood, confidence, intuition, purpose and the feeling that there was always something more she was here to do. We also explore the loss of both her parents four months apart, how grief opened another chapter of her life, and the intuitive and mediumistic abilities that followed.
Sandi shares why she stepped in front of the camera at 69 to create Fear Unzipped, her experience with light language, and why she sees science and metaphysics as complementary rather than separate.
This is a conversation about looking back and recognising how the experiences of your life connect.
And we’re not finished. Sandi and I will come together again for a Recall Therapy session on Fear Unzipped.

Mandi Leigh is a Canadian singer-songwriter whose music blends folk, country and rock into her own Americana sound.
In this episode, we explore Mandi’s Life Map as a Life Mission 33, and how grief, love, creativity and major life changes have shaped her path.
Mandi speaks openly about losing someone deeply connected to her through suicide, how music became part of her healing, and what happens when other people hear their own story in something she has written.
We also talk about intuition, synchronicity, her life-changing experience in Thailand, moving across Canada to pursue music, and the hindsight that allows us to see why certain experiences unfolded the way they did.

What actually happens during a Recall Therapy session? Do you go to sleep? What if you can’t relax? What if you think you’re making it up? And who decides where you go?
In this episode, I take you inside a Recall Therapy session from beginning to end, from setting an intention and guided relaxation to what people see, feel, hear and remember.
I also share two cases from my confidential client files involving unexplained anxiety and adult-onset asthma, and the past-life experiences that were recalled in their sessions.
The story itself isn’t the therapy. The shift happens through understanding what happened, why it happened and how it connects with the life you’re living now.
Regress to progress. We don’t revisit the past to stay there. We revisit it to understand it.

For many years, I called it Past Life Regression. After thousands of sessions, I realised the name no longer described what was actually happening.
People recalled past lives, childhood experiences and between-life memories. Some reconnected with loved ones who had died. Others experienced places and realms beyond ordinary physical experience.
In this episode, I explain why I developed Recall Therapy, what “recall” actually means, and why the destination isn’t the therapy. The therapeutic process is.
We’re not creating anything. We’re remembering what already exists within consciousness.
Regress to progress. We revisit the past to understand it, so we can live this life with greater awareness.

Most people have an opinion about past lives before they’ve ever experienced one.
After more than twenty years of facilitating thousands of Recall Therapy sessions, I’ve found the biggest obstacle isn’t the experience itself. It’s the misconceptions surrounding it.
In this episode, I unpack some of the most common beliefs about past lives and Recall Therapy. Can everyone recall? Do you need to be deeply relaxed? Can you get stuck? Are past lives frightening? Were we all somebody famous? Are some souls older than others?
I also explore some of the bigger beliefs surrounding reincarnation, including karmic debt, punishment and judgment after death, and share what thousands of recall sessions have shown me instead.
Recall Therapy isn’t about holding onto the past. We recall to understand what is affecting us now, why certain experiences repeat, and what they reveal about the life we are living.
Regress to progress.
Whether you believe in past lives or not, the question is whether you’re curious enough to explore the experiences that have made you who you are.

What if the greatest lesson from more than twenty years of Recall Therapy had nothing to do with proving past lives?
In this episode, Dr Toni Reilly shares the observations that eventually became the foundation of SoulLife® Psychology. After facilitating thousands of recall sessions, she discovered that human behaviour is never random, symptoms have purpose, relationships reveal something about us, and life unfolds through a series of processes designed to shape who we become.
Toni explores why we are not here to repay karmic debt, why contrast is essential to the human experience, how every major life stage transforms us, and why understanding the meaning behind our experiences changes the way we see ourselves and others.
This is not a conversation about believing in past lives. It is about what Recall Therapy revealed about being human, and how those discoveries led to an entirely new way of understanding who we are and why we're here.
