Welcome to this episode of “Keeping a Humble Heart as an Online Feminine Entrepreneur".

This is something I struggled with but lately and know I am not alone so I recorded this as you continue to rise and deepen more into your sacred purpose work and reach your goals. Make your stand juicy, that it could even cause controversy. I used to tell people they have the power to heal, and not a lot of people believed me. I stood by it and still do.

I remember in my early 20's I stood by a woman's choice when it came to her body when I was marching on the Mall in Washington, DC "no backalleys" sign. .. to even think a woman had to endure that in her lowest point in life just didn't seem right. I didn't go through this myself but it's always for me about bringing rightness to the wrong. Any suffering of someone in a vulnerable position woke me. 

I do it more quietly now and you'll find out what my stand was in this episode. I created it over 15 years ago and how timeless it is as I change and evolve as a feminine soul led entrepreneur creating a movement.

I met Gil Allen in Ojai at a spiritual leadership retreat and this was a fun interview, well the out takes had us laughing during a subject matter that is a very real and serious one... and I guess whatever fear I had lingering, left.. it is ironic because when I set out to do these interviews with 21 spiritual luminaries I was so nervous. This podcast episode is an interview from 2015 I wanted to share in honor of Earth Day and remember the late Dr. Patricia Bragg tireless health crusader, author, and president of Santa Barbara Company Bragg Live Food Products.

Patricia was also known as the Nutritionist to Hollywood stars, was active in campaigning for environmental issues, and supported garden education in schools.

I had several opportunities to meet Patricia Bragg in her home not too far from mine back then in Goleta, Ca. She was active in the community and always reminded me when she saw me to not cross my legs and not wear wired bras. She had such a vital energy, always positive, and very generous. She passed last year at 94 yrs young. Wow. Enjoy!

Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can sit or lie down without being disturbed. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to relax your body and mind.

Visualize yourself standing in the middle of a circle of supportive and loving women who hold space for you. These women could be ancestors, goddesses, or simply figures who embody divine feminine energy.

Feel the energy of this circle of women surrounding you, supporting you, and empowering you to step into your own power. Allow yourself to bask in this energy and feel its strength and warmth.

Bring to mind a situation where you feel afraid or unsure of yourself, a situation where you feel like you want to hide or shrink away. Visualize yourself in that situation, feeling those feelings, but now imagine the circle of women standing behind you, supporting you, and giving you the courage to be seen.

Repeat the affirmation to yourself: "I am a divine and powerful being, fearless in shining my light and being seen in all my glory." Repeat this affirmation as many times as you need to feel it sink into your being.

Allow yourself to feel the fear and uncertainty melt away as you bask in the warm and empowering energy of the circle of women. Visualize yourself standing tall and confident, radiating your light out into the world.

When you feel ready, take a deep breath and bring yourself back to the present moment. Know that you can call on this circle of supportive and empowering women anytime you need their strength and courage.

Take a few more deep breaths, wiggle your fingers and toes, and when you are ready, gently open your eyes.

A divine feminine self-worth meditation. As you continue to rise fempreneur, feelings of worthiness.. am I worth it to charge $xyz, to release my course offerings or who am I to lead the xyz way. You are worthy because you are born into this world with your unique gift you that makes you shine.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable and quiet place to sit or lie down. Close your eyes, take a deep breath in through your nose, and slowly exhale through your mouth. Feel your body relax and release any tension or stress.

As you continue to breathe deeply, visualize a bright light of divine feminine energy surrounding you.

This light represents your inner worth and strength, and it radiates from within you.

Now, repeat the following affirmations to yourself silently or aloud:
"I am a divine being, worthy of love and respect. My worth is not based on external validation or opinions of others, but rather on the inherent value of my being."

"I embrace my feminine energy and trust in my intuition. I am powerful and capable of creating positive change in my life and the world."

"I am deserving of happiness, success, and abundance. I release any limiting beliefs or self-doubt that hold me back from reaching my full potential."

Allow these words to sink in and fill you with a sense of self-worth and confidence. Visualize yourself standing tall, with a strong and radiant aura of feminine energy.

As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine this energy flowing through your entire being, from the top of your head to the tips of your toes. Feel it pulsating with every heartbeat, reminding you of your inherent worth and divinity.

When you're ready, take one last deep breath in, and slowly exhale. Open your eyes and carry this sense of self-worth with you throughout your day, knowing that you are a powerful and worthy of all you desire.

Goddess in the Garden Wealth Activation Meditation

[Meditation] Transcript 

Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down where you will not be disturbed for the duration of the meditation.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Release any tension you may be holding in your body.

Visualize a warm and loving light surrounding your body. Allow this light to fill your entire being with positive energy.

Imagine yourself standing in front of a large, beautiful garden filled with lush greenery, blooming flowers, and a flowing river. This garden represents abundance, prosperity, and wealth.

As you walk through the garden, allow yourself to feel the energy of abundance and prosperity flowing through you. Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin, the cool breeze on your face, and the sweet smell of the flowers in the air.

As you continue to walk, you notice a beautiful, radiant woman standing by the river. This woman represents the divine feminine energy of abundance and prosperity.

Walk over to her and introduce yourself. As you do, feel the energy of abundance and prosperity radiating from her.

Ask her to guide you in activating your own divine feminine energy of abundance and prosperity. Allow yourself to fully surrender to her guidance.

Visualize a bright, golden light flowing down from the heavens and into your body. Feel this light activating your divine feminine energy of abundance and prosperity.

Allow yourself to bask in this energy for as long as you need, feeling the power of the divine feminine coursing through your veins.

When you are ready, thank the woman for her guidance and walk back through the garden, taking with you the energy of abundance and prosperity that you have activated.

Slowly open your eyes and come back to the present moment, feeling renewed and energized with the divine feminine energy of abundance and prosperity.

Hello and welcome back to this episode on leveraging joy to generate energy, ideas and income. I'm always seeing where I can have more ease and flow in my work and fine tune areas of what I'm doing. Which it all comes down to brightening my energy.

That's the REAL work.

Managing my energy so that my business also gets that energy and vitality.  Without it, it's lackluster and dull, boring and that's when I do major assessment with why what I'm doing is not bringing me joy. It might be time to course correct or just use joy more strategically in my work. 

As a creative entrepreneur energy could go into all kinds of projects, ideas and launches. 

We often times get hard on ourselves that something we enjoy isn't bringing in the income we desired then we stop doing it. But what if we still did that thing that gave us joy and brought that joyful energy into generating ideas and income?! Because the alternative energy is deflating to our creative spirit. 

Creative entrepreneurship requires us to see and do things differently. 

What I learned is that not all your income streams don't have to generate a sustainable income. The key is streams of income within your business and outside. 

If you look at your business as a lifestyle, which I assume you are already at this place or desiring to create this for yourself, then what look at everything you're doing as multiples streams of energy.

Because money is energy just like JOY. 

In this podcast I shared how I sold $3 my seedlings first as porch pick ups on my front doorstep during covid then at the farmers markets the following year.

It gave me joy. 

That joy spilled into other areas of my business through generating ideas for courses and offerings that created revenue. I am always filling up on joy first then harnessing the energy into other aspects of my business.

Eventually you'll have multiple streams of revenue and if one dips, then the others are still flowing. This is such a general talk on this but the point is harness the energy of joy and get used to doing things quick on the spot even as the energy is flowing. 

Because as entrepreneurs there will be dips in energy, confidence, and then rises. Capture those moments. 

When I have great energy after a great conversation for example I get off the phone and go do something with that energy. I don't let it go to waste. I grab my phone create a podcast episode, write an email, capture the ideas, implement on an idea or blend tea. It doesn't matter what it is as long as it is moving me forward. It has a forward momentum quality to it as well as a freeing quality, like an exhale.

Which that's what it feels like, because your soul is expressing itself and you're allowing a vehicle for that expression of energy. You can leverage joy in any area of your life not just your business. 

Do you know who does this really well? PLANTS and flowers!

They leverage the nutrients, the sun, the uplifting comments they get from us-- they're inspired to bloom and shine.. and in fall winter they go to hibernation to reserve their energy for the blossoms of Spring.

Hey beautiful we're almost, not quite but almost mid-year. How's it going for you so far? 

So the whole world is in a shift of major sorts and in each of our personal lives. It's catapulting us to change, to grow, to live our divine destiny-- our soul's purpose. This energy is available but nothing is ever required however if you want transformation, there's work to be done with our divine mind, the light of our soul. Because change will happen whether we like it or not, transformation is up to us. 

So, in this podcast it's shedding a light on the thoughts we think allowing our throughs help us take back control of our life. Because our thoughts have created the current picture of our life.

I've installed a personal bouncer watching the thoughts that come in (haha can you picture that?!). It's been quite a year of big changes for me so I have to be on top of my thoughts to recommit to the big dreams I have. 

Ironically, as your thoughts brighten because they are projecting the radiance of your soul, then you brighten. And there might be people around your life that might not be happy with that, the bright outlook kind of person you've become and the happiness you radiate. This is creating polarity and it's a good thing. You get to see who really gets to be in your life because they want the best for you. This might be the hardest part of your spiritual journey, having to let go of what is comfortable but as you grow and evolve and people around you do not, they will project their soul's lack of radiance and will be unhappy for you; they are in the competitive life and you've tapped into a creative source of light, life and limitless love.
