On this episode I had the pleasure of interviewing Geoff who is the co-owner at Go Float Studios in Burlington. Geoff opens up about how he was first introduced to floating, what it was like, what the benefits are, how it can be helpful for you or someone you know. We also talk about his journey coming to own a float studio and answer some of the most common questions asking about floating in this episode. The self love journey looks like beauty but comes with struggle and pain, therefore it doesn’t feel as good as it may look or sound. It’s not all rainbows and butterflies. It’s about going deep down into ourselves looking at what we have accepted or conditioned ourselves to believe and then coming to the decision to change and reprogram our thoughts and how we see, look or feel about ourselves. Not an easy journey but the most important one.
