Sound Expressions - renewing the body through sound

Be sure to check out Episodes #1 - 3 for the introduction and specifics for these 24 Episodes of Digging Deeper In December. Episode #4 contains interesting revelations from Luke Chapter 4 specific to: the  baptism of the Holy Spirit, wilderness testings, honor, offense, the authority of the Word, the gift of healing, and hope. Hope is significant to the Christmas season, and is profoundly needed in the midst of the times we find ourselves navigating. I conclude today’s podcast psalming in the key of D#/Eb with A 444 Hz tuning. Episode #1 explains psalming.

December 1 through December 24, this podcast will daily release a Scriptural truth, decree, or revelation from each of the 24 Chapters in the book of Luke, along with a Holy Spirit created spontaneous holistic frequency infused instrumental piece to conclude each Episode. Each day’s intention is specific to releasing EASE into the DIS-EASE of the season, the culture, and the individuals navigating this juncture in His Story. I play in each of the twelve tones of the chromatic scale twice through in those 24 days, utilizing alternative tunings, to prophetically represent the government of Heaven manifesting in the power of Christ on Earth, as well as the 24 elders who lay down their crowns before the throne and decree, “You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory, honor, and power, for you created all things, and for your pleasure they were created and exist.”

I begin with several powerful truths from Luke Chapter 3 in TPT. I conclude today’s podcast psalming in the key of D with A 444 Hz tuning. Be sure to listen to Episode #1 for an explanation of psalming.

I conclude psalming in 528 Hz. Psalming is also defined in this Episode.

This Episode is a sequel to Episode #4, The Sound of Waters. Holy Spirit quickened additional revelation, specific to the song of the waters, following several days of torrential rains impacting the sounds from the previous episode's recordings. A NOW Word relevant to all that's transpiring in our nation and in each of the seven mountains of cultural influence is released, along with a clarion call to the Ecclesia in this hour. This Episode concludes with  sound clips of the waters from Episode #4 magnified. Additionally, I recorded this Episode as a YouTube video on my official artist Tammy Sorenson YouTube page. The visual recordings of the streams/waterfalls in conjunction with the audio is profoundly impacting.

Meditation Scriptures for the Magnified Stream Clips

John 7:37-38 TPT, "All you thirsty ones, come to Me! Come to Me and drink! Believe in Me so that rivers of living water will burst from within you flowing from your innermost being..."

Psalm 42:1-2 TPT, "I long to drink of You, O God, To drink deeply from the streams of pleasure. Flowing from Your Presence. My longings overwhelm me for more of You! My soul thirsts, pants, and longs for the living God. I want to come and see the face of God."

Isaiah 58:11 TPT, "Yahweh will always guide you where to go and what to do. He will fill you with refreshment even when you are in a dry, difficult place. He will continually restore strength to you, so you will flourish like a well-watered garden and like an ever-flowing trustworthy spring of blessing."

Romans 12:6 TPT, "God's marvelous grace imparts to each one of us varying gifts."

1 Corinthians 12:4 TPT, "It is the same Holy Spirit who continues to distribute many different varieties of gifts."

John 17:21 TPT, "I pray for them all to be joined together as one, even as You and I, Father, are joined together as One. I pray for them to become one with us so that the world will recognize that You sent Me. For the very glory You have given to Me I have given them so that they will be joined together as one and experience the same unity that We enjoy."

Water is a carrier of sound. Water also has its own unique sound. This episode was downloaded from Holy Spirit on my most recent mountain hike. Holy Spirit highlighted one of the streams I passed by as though it were singing various pitches. This led to recording the various streams and waterfalls I encounter on my daily hikes, as well as a clip of ocean waves. Holy Spirit wove the recordings into a NOW Word of revelation on the river of God that flows from the throne room, along with deep calls to deep in the roar of His waterfalls. I additionally recorded this podcast as a YouTube video. The video of the varying flowing water sources, in conjunction with the sounds, is certainly captivating.

Over the past two years, we have found ourselves in a world that is majorly unfamiliar. Much of life as we have known it has significantly changed at an accelerated pace. We must choose to discipline ourselves, as well as equip the next generation, to tune out all of the 24/7 negative frequencies that ultimately manifest DIS-EASE in our bodies, minds, souls, and spirits. All of the stress and anxiety that fear, change, conflicting information, anger, division, and panic produce profoundly impacts our health and wellness. We attract and become what we choose to focus on. Our own well-being and the health of the coming generations absolutely depends on us learning to choose rightly.

When we shift the focus of our 'whatevers' to the positive directives of Philippians 4:8-9, we become grounded in the frequency of Peace, the presence of Peace, the Prince of Peace, the promise of Peace, and the power of Peace - Kingdom ‘whatevers’ for our NOW time in His Story. This is the intention for today's episode of spontaneous Holy Spirit led holistic frequency infused instrumental music in A 444 Hz. Be blessed!

I was given a Holy Spirit dream this week to extensively search out the topic of forgiveness. In this episode, I unpack both my dream - specific to the larger scope of its meaning - as well as  the impact of forgiveness on health and wholeness.

Physical and mental Illness is oftentimes rooted in unforgiveness. We were never created to live in an atmosphere of unforgiveness. We have been created to receive and to give forgiveness - to live out a walk of forgiveness.

My calling is to release EASE into the dis-ease. Therefore, today, I psalm spontaneously, Holy Spirit led holistic frequencies instrumentally in the intention of releasing forgiveness into the unforgiveness of individuals, families, friendships, acquaintances, and nations.

Release The Sound

After experiencing a screeching halt in August due to the virus resulting in a major shift for the path ahead, this podcast focuses on numerous testimonies to encourage listeners as they navigate all that's going on in the world. From releasing The Children's Heart Cry, to losing over a month battling the variant, to being propelled into a major shift in focus (leaving loss, disappointment, grief, division, confusion behind), to releasing a new sound therapy trauma release album, to testimonies, thankfulness, gratefulness, humility, a  wiser/higher perspective, and to being reenergized in focusing wholly on His Presence…

Focusing on the sound of Heaven's heartbeat, will, and attributes...higher resonating frequencies necessary for not only health and wellness, but also to navigate the circumstances in which we all find ourselves. This podcast gives testimony to releasing Presence into the atmosphere of such a time as this...into the multitude of answers so many are searching for in this hour. It concludes with a Holy Spirit led instrumental meditation in 396 Hz, 639 Hz, and 963 Hz.

Love is the highest and greatest resonating frequency of all. This episode speaks of the authentic and unconditional love for which every heart longs. I psalm with a double hammer strike (Jeremiah 23:29, Psalms 33:3, and Psalms 144:1-2) as discussed in the podcast, while using C 528 Hz and 1 Corinthians 13 (both The Passion Translation and The Message Translation) vocally and instrumentally by Holy Spirit leading.
