Sound Expressions - renewing the body through sound

We attract whatever we focus on (Quantum Law of Attraction). This applies to everything from negativity, division and anger, to fear and anxiety (all lower resonating frequencies), to peace, respect, honor, and love (all higher resonating frequencies). When we intentionally choose to focus on higher resonating frequencies, along with equipping the next generation to do so, everything shifts…everything resets…everything realigns...everything restores. 

It's time to discover the higher resonating frequencies we have been called to search out mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically. It is literally impossible to be both in joy and depression simultaneously; both in peace and anxiety; both in fear and faith. Whichever we choose to give our focus to causes the other frequency to come into alignment. When the frequencies of Heaven's atmosphere become the focus we intentionally choose…the focus we teach this generation to intentionally choose, everything shifts…everything resets…everything realigns...everything restores.
