Throughout the Old Testament, we see God not shying away from disciplining His wayward children in order to bring them to where they need to be... for abundance and fruitfulness. Amos is one of the prophets who delivers the message of discipline and future abundance, as we see in Amos 9.9-15.

Isaiah 4.10 says (NKJV)... "Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand."
