Los Angeles-based pop, folk, Americana band, Single Girl, Married Girl, are opening up about their struggles with the music industry and the subject of seeking validation in their latest single, "Looking". Joined by lead singer and songwriter, Chelsey Coy, and co-writer and husband, Gary Knight, we get to learn about how this song came to life. We talk about how this was one of the songs that set the tone for their upcoming album, Three Generations of Leaving. We also learn more about the composition and how they got stuck until guitarist, Charlie Rauh, got his hands on the record and created the B-section, which made the song feel complete and gave the song a place to go to set up for the second verse.
