This mindful meditation uses techniques to identify the stories of the mind as past, present or future and come to the present moment by becoming aware of sounds, sensations, and breath.

It is a perfect meditation for the absolute beginner who is wanting to learn how to meditate and slow the activity of the mind.

By using this technique it helps us move into observer consciousness when our mind is being overactive, and helps us come to the present moment where we can find peace and serenity.

Once mastering this meditation technique, it can be used at anytime to become present and help to calm the mind down.
