In this episode of SoundBalming, I sit down with Liz Lewinson, an award-winning author, speaker, teacher, technologist, strategic planner, and feminist.
Liz is Vice President and Treasurer of The Frederick P. Lenz Foundation for American Buddhism. She leads the grant category titled “Women in Buddhism.”
Liz has authored three books–American Buddhist Rebel: The Story of Rama – Dr. Frederick Lenz; Women, Meditation, and Power; and The Power of the Loving Man – with additional book and audiobook projects underway.
Most people associate the word power with having a lot of money, fame, influence, and beauty. But according to my guest, Liz Lewinson, true power comes from within. It’s an inner power that helps us lead a life of peace, joy, and tranquility.
So, get your pen and pad ready because Liz shares practical techniques for reducing fear and shares the steps for women to regain their feminine power. Also, she sheds light on the misconceptions of feminine power and impacts our society.

Whether you have questions about your love life, need help making a big life decision, or want to know what your future looks like (don't we all!), Dr. LaMarr Darnell Shields and Medium Barbi Dahl have teamed up to offer live, free readings to the SoundBalming community.
These online readings may be able to give you the clarity you need to move forward with confidence.
Still a bit cynical? Maybe, that's because you're picturing a veiled fortune teller clutching a crystal ball in a dark-lit room, promising the imminent arrival of someone tall, dark, and handsome. Throw that image away.
Barbi is a genuinely gifted individual who uses extrasensory perception to reveal hidden truths about your life, shed light on issues that are holding you back, and help you make changes if they sense trouble is lurking ahead.
So, if you're ready for an eye-opening one-on-one Medium reading experience, send us an email to
[email protected], and maybe you will be selected to be on the show.
