Instead, ask yourself “what is a realistic timeframe for me to record and release podcasts?

If it’s 1-2 a month because you’re time-poor, stick with that.

Once you get momentum, you can increase the workload.

Starting a podcast can seem really hard, but like anything, start small and those actions will help overcome the overthinking.
