Nap time is over! The #Sounders head into this weekend up against Minnesota United FC and because we've been napping we asked Sam of the Pod on You Loons podcast to give us some insight on #MNUFC

• RIP Taylor Hawkins
• USA update
• Nouhou is going to the World Cup!
• Abramovich was POISED?!
• Defiance win with young Sounders in the line up.
• Raul and Nico are running around!

WE CAN BREATH. It's the Sounders first legitimate period of rest between matches! We come off a week of 1-1 draws though one was a win and the other kind of felt like a loss.

• Hockey fights... we need them in MLS. Ok, Aaron needs them
• RIP John Clayton
• USA v Mexico IN MEXICO
• Cameron made Rose McGowan dance on tables
• Ragen is rad
• CR7 is the best North American soccer player right now
• MLS Power Rankings are spot on and we're here for it

The Sounders show grit and get their first MLS Regular Season win against LA Galaxy; a team that just can't seem to beat the Sounders... The last time the Galaxy beat Seattle was September 2018 and the last time they won in Seattle was July 2016.

• First match this season with multiple goals conceded
• Xavi get's his 3rd Sounders goal!
• Fredy scores a PK in back to back matches (that Rusnak wanted)
• Breaking News down in Leon!

Sounders lose back to back MLS matches but rebound in Leg 1 of the Concacaf Champions League beating Club Leon 3-0! The Hendrix clad Sounders poured on the pressure and translated possession into consistent and unrelenting goal scoring opportunities.[removed][removed]They head into the match against LA Galaxy on Saturday, 3/13 looking to prevent their second ever 3 straight loss start to an MLS season... 2016 was the first but that turned out ok.

• Obed is the truth
• Pressure making diamonds for 90 minutes
• JP and CR7 owned the match
• Fredy turning back time
• Our defense continues to prevent goals...  0.4 Goals per 90 so far

A loss out of the MLS gates was not something we expected but RSL might just provide us the right set of ingredients for the Sounders first win of the 2022 MLS season.

• Chelsea put up for sale...
• Sounders Crest
• Sounders can't buckle the net once after burning it down against Motagua.
• RSL looking for a new identity post Rusnak

Sounders had five on it and we have 2 cents on it.

• Those who needed a goal scored a goal.
• The offense was legitimately dominant
• Uh oh... Ruidiaz.
• F&#K F0X

We didn't plan on this one but the latest news from Sounders FC regarding the new Legacy Green primary kit and the 2024 opening of their new HQ at Longacres in Renton, WA was too much to try and cram into a Motagua review.[removed][removed]Cameron shares his experience at the presser for the new HQ and has some great insight on the new kit stemming before it's grand reveal on the artist formerly known as Q13 Fox.[removed][removed]BONUS SCUTTLEBUTT FOR YOU![removed][removed]Twitter:[removed]Aaron Lingley - @aaronlingley[removed]Cameron Collins - @legalmindedpunk[removed]James Woollard - @britvoxus

Aaron and Cameron kickoff Episode 2 with the NFL(afant) in the room... the #SuperBowl. Mostly Sounders and Motagua stuff afterwards though we promise.

• Nostalgic Super Bowl halftime performances
• James Woollard's soothing voice
• Formations
• Wars in Honduras
