I bitch for close to an hour about the Oilers disgusting 3rd period that cost them a big two points in Calgary Saturday night. Nice little rant on Todd McLellan near the end that might be as much about interesting POV’s as it is just on him doing an awful job at the moment.

Rundown of the big 6-2 win by the Oilers over the Canadiens. And I ramble on about some shit like Koskinen, how to best use McDavid/Draisaitl/Nuge, some other shit, it’s 40 minutes of averageness!!

I was trying to keep Soups on Hockey separate from Soups on Oilers, yet in the first Soups on Hockey episode since Soups on Oilers, I talk a lot of Oilers. So this is a hybrid episode, won’t be the case moving forward hopefully. Ok, so I don’t ever make mention of it during the episode, but I’m a tad hungover. Should have said it during the show but pretty sure I never did. I’m angry in this episode. A lot of rage. “Coming in hot” as today’s youth like to say. Quennville, Stevens, Nylander, and the Oilers, and chicken McNuggets all get talked about in this episode of Soups on Hockey. It’ll be like a party in your ears, and everyone’s invited!

Run down of the Oilers game against the Panthers, what was good, what was bad, what’s to come

Basically a post game show here with my thoughts on the Tampa game. Who looked good, who didn’t, etc.

Last week was LONG, and for some reason this week is longer!! Basically I do the first hour on the Oilers. So if you love Oilers talk, listen to the first 50-60 min. Then I finally get into talking about the Flames, Pacific Division and how weak it is, I go OFF on Vegas (and get a little darker/more personal than I anticipated), when I finally get back on track I talk more about the Leafs, and finally I CAP it off...by talking about my hat fetish and the two latest additions to the stable being perhaps my all time favourites (one is for sure!) So give it a listen for a bit, hope you enjoy it, and if you make it through the whole thing then you must be the best person on the planet!

This one isn’t short! Over an hour and a half. First hour is mostly on the Oilers terrific performances against both the Caps and the Pens, the top pairing playing amazing, the second pairing playing amazing, RNH looking like a Selke candidate at the moment, Talbot’s bounce back, who I would go with and why on Saturday, and then eventually I also get into talking about the Flames struggles, the Ducks struggles, the Blues struggles, and finally I find something to really start bitching about which is my old pals the officials! It’s long, but just give it a sympathy listen for an hour and a half...ok bud?!

SPR joins me and for 90 min we talk a LOT of hockey! Of course a lot on the Oilers, Preds game, McLellan, Cooper Marody, Ryan McLeod, Kirill Maksimov, Evan Bouchard, London Knights talk, and a lot more! An absolute BLAST having SPR on and the guy knows his shit as well as anyone so you’ll definitely want to give this a listen!

This one may as well be called Soups on Oilers and Bruins because that is mostly what it was about. For some reason after an Oilers win, after a 3 game winning streak, I'm still fired up and bitter about a lot of things. I go off about officiating (as always), I also mock them (that's new), bitch about McLellan (as always), and eventually I touch a bit on the pattern of Canadian teams and my early look at the Canadian World Junior roster, but basically all Oilers here.
