Hey guys, thanks for listening in again! This is actually a continuation from my Youtube Vlog "Unhack'd", Episode 11, which you can check out on my iAmJayWalker channel there. I was discussing my lack of motivation when it came to fitness but having to push myself to do it to reach my goals. Here's a deeper dive into how I made it work in the past and how you can possibly make it work for you.

    Welcome back guys!
So this audio is ripped right from my YouTube series Unhack’d that you can check out. It’s from a WWE Live event here in Winnipeg where I took my nephew. Even his opinions are skewed sometimes by fans on YouTube that he watches that are down on the product but it’s great to see when he’s there in person seeing his favorites and heroes, that he’s still a fan.
One of my main messages for everyone, no matter what age, is to be a fan. This is all entertainment. If we take it too seriously or are too jaded because of the way all these industry experts talk down what’s going on today because of their personal favorites or nostalgia for the past, then of course it’s not going to be fun.
So sit back, relax, and enjoy pro wrestling in 2019.

    Hey guys!
I see so many people discussing their social anxiety. I myself have dealt with this and still do to this day. I don’t have answers, just advice based off my personal experiences.
A lot of the anxiety I have when it comes to have engaging conversations comes from moments in my childhood where a person or people made me feel lesser than them.
I can remember back to 1st grade when kids teased me at lunch and publicly humiliated me. Or 2nd grade. In 3rd and 5th grade being called out in front of the whole class for secrets I had trusted with close friends. Even adults belittling me for a joke and embarrassing me. It’s all these small moments that caused me to hide myself. I went from being this high energy, boastful young kid into a sheltered introvert that never left the house.
People don’t realize the power they have over another human beings confidence. It an be life changing and very destructive. That’s why I’m here to tell you that it gets better.
These people in your life have no context to who you are and what you’ve been through. We need to become aware that while they caused us pain at the time, they’re just voices. And we need to learn to shut these voices out of our heads.
In order to grow you need to forgive and forget. These people felt so insecure, so desperate for acceptance and attention, that they had to attack you. And where are they now? Exactly. It doesn’t matter. They never mattered because they didn’t care.
That’s what is great about social media. It brings the world closer together so instead of having to live in a tiny bubble, you have the ability to connect and form real meaningful friendships with like minded people.
I’ve been able to shut out the voices in my head. I didn’t have a choice. If I wanted to succeed in pro wrestling, I had to put myself out there, regain confidence in myself. And now I can live out my dream and reach goals that I always hoped to even when everyone else doubted and made fun of me for daring to dream.
It takes time and effort and awareness but it is possible. And I, along with a whole world of people are willing to share our stories, give advice, and be there in moments of weakness. Their called friends. And they’re out there, to build you up when you’ve been torn down.
