Iain Erasmus's specialty and academic life have centered around education, which culminated in his completion of a Master's of Education. He was one of the core members of the African Leadership Institute in Namibia and as Operations Manager, guided it to have a significant impact across the country. Today he heads Leadership@Vantage, an organization that exposes young students to much-needed leadership development.
